Karen S Friend, 57, of Canton, passed away Wednesday, March 8th, unexpectedly.  Born in Canton on December 17, 1959, a daughter of the late Paul and Peggy (Riley) Friend, also preceded in death by brother Robert Friend. A former member of the Dueber United Methodist Church and was employed for many years as a home health aide for Aultman, currently working at Right at Home. Survived by 2 daughters Danielle Friend-Green; Faith Friend-Green; son Nathan Friend-Green; 8 stepchildren Christopher (Jude) Green, Sharon (Marvin) Howard, Michael (Ericka) Green, Reginald (Tara) Green, Lakeisha (William) Preston, Marion Green, Lisa Green, and Joshua (Ashley) Green; 2 brothers Fred Friend, Brian Friend; 2 grandchildren De'anthony Degraffenried, Fenix Miller; a host of step-grandchildren; Uncle Donald (Carolyn) Riley; numerous cousins, along with many other relatives and friends from her journey throughout life. There will be a celebration of life service at Dueber United Methodist Church, 645 Dueber Ave. SW, Canton, OH 44706, at 3pm on Sunday, March 19th.
