Karen Sue Kennedy, 76, passed away on Thursday, July 9, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Grafton, West Virginia on September 14, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Oney and Florinda Mayle. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Kennedy, 2 sisters Louellen Mayle, Shirley Gainer, and her brother Timothy Mayle. Survived by sister Zeldine Dalton; 2 brothers Alfred (Wilma Lee) Mayle, Kenny (Coletta) Mayle; special niece Lisa Adkins; as well as many nieces, nephews, family members, and friends. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, July 14, from 5pm-7pm in Ward-Simchak Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11am in The New Covenant Church, 3202 Cliftmont Ave NE, Canton, OH 44705, with Pastor Ron Mayle officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
