Kathleen Sara "Kitty" Alanen , 84, of Massillon formerly of Benderwoods Assisted Living passed away Friday, July 6th, at Hanover House. Born in Hancock, MI on February 8, 1934, a daughter of the late Lillian and Richard Harris. Preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Harold Alanen; 3 brothers Ron, Winifred, and Buck; 2 sisters Rita and Ruth. Survived by 1 daughter Tammy Ford, of Massillon; 2 sons Richard Alanen, of Massillon and Robert (Diann) Alanen, of Springlove, IL. No services will be held at this time.
