Kelly Marie Perrone, 64, of Dover,  passed away Wednesday, July 9th, at the Truman House in New Philadelphia. Born in Dover, on April 2, 1961, a daughter of the late Samuel Irwin and Christina Marie (Gray) Reber. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by sister, Nikol Reber. Kelly loved cats, gardening, and pink flamingos. She had a great, witty sense of humor that followed with her infectious laugh. Kelly was a big jokester, she loved laughing and made everyone around her laugh too. She enjoyed visiting the west coast where she briefly resided when she was younger, and would also travel there to visit her cousin, Jamie. Survived by daughter Katie Perrone; sister Holly Hochstetler; brother Seth (Wendy Pease) Reber; cousin Jamie Dudley; friend Rex Stephens; aunt Kim Rutter Calkins; beloved kitty Tiny Wee; as well as other loving family members and friends. No services will be held at this time.
