He was preceded in death by his brother Johnnie Philabaum; survived by daughter Casey and son Kenny Stephens; mother Jeri Stephens; father Tim Philabaum; stepmother Laura Nicewarner; a brother Tim Philabaum; 4 sisters April, Jennifer, Linda and Sarah; and grandmother Patricia Philabaum.
