Larry  Eugene  Dancy , 72, of East Canton, passed away Saturday, December 23rd, at Mercy Medical Center. Born in Canton on April 6, 1951, a son of the late Raymond and Lois (Prather) Dancy, also preceded in death by step father Arnold Skirvin, 2 brothers Greg and Terry Dancy. Larry attended Massillon-Washington High School. He worked as a semi truck driver for 38 years for the Whirlpool Company and as a bus driver for Canton Local for 10 years and Jackson Local for 5 years. Survived by his loving wife of 30 wonderful years, Ruth Ann (Bailey) Dancy; 2 daughters Christina Fuller and Michele Wise, both of Canton; sister Cynthia Norris; brother Gary Dancy; 3 grandchildren Micah Wise, Mckenzy Wise, and Hope Foster; great granddaughter Aurora Foster; his beloved furbaby Duncan; as well as many other family members and friends who will miss him dearly. Services will be held at noon on Saturday, December 30 at Trinity Gospel Temple located at 1612 Tuscarawas St W Canton 44708. Officiating will be Pastor Dana Gammill of Cathedral of Life. Calling hours will be held two hours prior to services.
