Lawrence Edward Murphy, of Louisville passed away Monday, July 11, 2022 at Mercy Medical Center. Born in Crooksville on July 15, 1940, a son of the late Thelma Aris (Smith) and Herbert Franklin Murphy. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by 3 brothers Jerry, Cecil, and Rick, 7 sisters Jean, Wanda, Bobbie, Marg, Sharon and Deloris as well as infant sister. Survived by daughter Sandra Smith, of Alliance; son Edward Murphy, of Louisville; sister Sue Murphy, of Clarksburg West Virginia; brother Michael Murphy, of Salem, West Virginia; 3 grandchildren Amanda, Amber, Marshall (Jessica); 10 great-grandchildren; as well as many family members and friends. No services will be held at this time.
