Leonard Lee Green, 65, born December 24th, 1957, passed away Saturday, March 25th, 2023, peacefully at home. Leonard loved to laugh and knew how to make you join in. He'd give the shirt off his back for a total stranger, because he was full of love. He enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, and sports of all kinds. He coached peewee football, spent 25 years coaching girl's softball, and even got to coach his own daughters and granddaughters. He was and always will be well-known in his community. You couldn't take him anywhere without someone recognizing him.

He is survived by his wife Denise; his daughters Amanda (Gary) and Ashley (Jason); stepchildren Brett, Brandon (Liz), Brittany (Jared), and Chelsea (Matt). He was the best grandpa to 17 grandchildren. He also leaves behind siblings, Richard (Adele), Melvin, Francine (David), Susan, and Kenneth, as well as many loved nieces and nephews.

He joins his loved ones in Heaven, including his parents, who he spoke of fondly, and his brothers Marvin and Robert. There will be a celebration of life held in the future. Leonard loved life and would want everyone to share memories and happy times. He was a man that touched a lot of lives and will truly be missed.
