Leroy A. Stanton, 65, of Canton, passed away Monday, October 11th, at Aultman Compassionate Care Center. Born in Akron on January 6, 1956, a son of the late Carl Sr. and Norma (Babcock) Stanton, also preceded in death by sister Carlien Shepherd and 3 brothers Carl Stanton Jr., Stanley Stanton and Edwin Stanton. Survived by loving wife of 44 years Sandra K. (Nichols) Stanton; daughter Barbara (Bryan) Dinger; 3 sons Robert (Ashley Graden) Stanton, William (Alisha) Stanton, Christopher (Alyssa) Paul, all of Canton and 18 grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to join in a final ride from Leroy's home to Nelsons Ledges on Sunday, October 17th at 10:00 AM. A memorial gathering and meal will be held Sunday, October 24th at 1:00 PM in the Fohl Village Barn, 5729 Joleda Dr SW, Canton, 44706.
