Lphelia Jean Mercer, 62, of Canton, passed away Monday, September 4th, following a lengthy illness at the Laurels of Massillon. Born in Canton on November 8, 1954, a daughter of the late Percy and Ruby (Asberry) Mercer. Survived by daughter Tamica Bradford; son Thomas Bradford, both of Canton; and 3 grandchildren.  No services will be held at this time.
