Mable C Adams

Mable C Adams, 96, of Philippi, West Virginia, passed away Thursday, October 13th, at Altercare of Louisville following a 2 year illness. Born in Philippi, West Virginia  on August 26, 1920, a daughter of the late Walter and Lucinda (Newman) Croston, also preceded in death by husband Dorsey Adams, Sr. (1988), daughter Carolyn Mayle, great-grandson Jeremy Mayle, sister and 2 brothers. Survived by son Dorsey Adams, Jr, of Canton; 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 2-4pm Sunday, October 16, 2016, in the Waltner-SIMCHAK Funeral Home here in Canton.

Friends may also call from noon-2pm Monday, October 17, 2016, in the Stemple and Forman Funeral Home in Philippi, West Virginia with a service to follow at 2pm with Rev Menelus Mayle officiating. Burial will be in Welch Cemetery in Philippi, West Virginia.
