Marvin Wayne Croston, 59, of Canton, passed away Monday, May 11th, at Mercy Medical Center. A lifetime resident of Canton and worked as a Security Officer for the Stark County Sheriff Office for 15 years and attended New Covenant Church of Canton. Preceded in death by his parents Luther and Dorothy (Kennedy) Croston and granddaughter Kaitlyn McCartney. Survived by his daughter Regina Ann Croston of Philippi, W. Virginia; 2 sons Joe McCartney of Canton, Timothy Lee Croston of Philippi, W. Virginia;  longtime friends Donna Carrico and Randy Hoon, both of Canton; 3 sisters Darlene (Alvin) Allender, Louise (James) Mayle and Donna Buskirk all of Canton; brother David Lee (Mary Jane) Croston of Cleveland; 6 grandchildren.
