Mary Ann Irimie, 92, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away Wednesday, October 25th, at  the Community Hospice Douglas Care Center in Jacksonville, FL. Born in Canton on May 17, 1931, a daughter of the late John C. and Mary (Piros) Serban, also preceded in death by her husband Dan Irimie and son David John Irimie. She was a member of the St. George Romanian Orthodox Church, of Canton, where she was a member and past president of the Ladies' Auxiliary. She was also Past High Priestess of the Kadesh Court of Akron and the American legion Auxiliary, of Alliance. Survived by 2 daughters Patti (Kerry) Lewis, of Green; Mary Beth (Patrick) Schillig, of Jacksonville, FL; 3 grandchildren Matthew Lewis, Melissa Lewis, and Shawna McCleery; as well as 8 great grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held at Noon on Wednesday, November 1st, in the Waltner-SIMCHAK Funeral Home, 2257 Mahoning Rd NE, Canton, OH 44705, with Very Rev. Fr. Daniel Palanceanu officiating. Calling Hours will be held two hours prior to services in the funeral home. Burial will take place in Highland Memorial Park in Beloit.
