Mary Lantz, 62, of Carrollton, passed away Friday, December 27th, at Akron General. Born in Canton, on June 4, 1962, a daughter of the late Harley Croston and Mary (Perrine) Lantz. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by sister Pauline Jamison and the father of her children William Sharrard Sr. Survived by daughter Mary Sharrard; 4 sons Keith (Tiffany) Sharrard, Steven Lantz, Andrew Stover, Michael Patterson; sister Michelle Patterson; brother Wilbur Lantz; 3 grandchildren JayShaun Dukes, Haven Valentine, Kendra Johnson; great grandson Jordan Jr. as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family members and friends. A funeral service will be held in the Waltner-Simchak Funeral Home on Thursday, January 2 at 6 PM with Pastor Dave Powell officiating. Calling hours will be held from 4 PM to the time of service.
