Mary E. Nicholas, 57, of Canton, passed away Monday, March 6th, at Aultman Woodlawn Compassionate Care Center. Born in Zanesville, Ohio on July 13, 1959, a daughter of the late William and Dorthy (Warden) Mayle, also preceded in death by her birth mother Pearl Warden and a sister Clara Bryant. Survived by her close friend Dan Rusu; 2 daughters Celeste Nicholas, Jessica Rusu both of Canton; sister Linda Maley, of Grafton, WV; 3 brothers William Mayle Jr., of Minerva, Frankie Calendine, David Calendine, both of Zanesville; as well as 2 grandsons. Funeral services will be held 1pm on Saturday, March 11, in the Waltner-SIMCHAK Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Friends may call one hour prior to services, also in the funeral home.
