Matt Brownfield, 50, of East Sparta, passed away Friday, December 20th. Born in Canton, on September 15, 1974, a son of Nancy (Turner) Brownfield and the late Stanley Brownfield. Besides his father he is preceded in death by paternal grandparents Dennis (Verna) Brown and maternal grandparents Paul (Gladys) Brownfield. Survived by his mother; sister Deedee Scott and Cory Phelps; brother William Brownfield as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family members and friends. No services will be held at this time.
