Melissa Yvonne Cerceres, 55, of Canton, passed away Tuesday, August 6th, at Mercy Medical Center. Born in Rocky Ford, Colorado on June 8, 1964, a daughter of the late  Rudolfo and Estella (Gonzales) Cereceres. Survived by her long time companion Kurt Harper; 3 daughters Sheila Puente, of Texas, Vanessa Cereceres, Rhea Harper, both of Canton; 4 sisters Rosary Trujillo, Elizabeth Serna, Estella Cano, Ellen Cereceres; 2 brothers Raymond Manuel Serna, Joe Pantoya; and numerous grandchildren.
