Michael E. Hughes, 62, of Canton, passed away Thursday, April 20th, at Akron General Hospital. Born in Canton on September 23, 1960, a son of the late Harold Ray and Shirley May Soper Sr. Survived by 1st wife Trish Hughes; 2 daughters Dawn (Frank) Mcilvain, Michelle Hughes; 2 sons Michael Hughes, James (Shari) Hughes; brother Harold Ray Soper Jr. and long time companion Carla Smith as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
