Michael McConnell, 59, of Canton, passed away on August 3, 2026, in his home, as he would have wanted. Born on October 18, 1966 in Rochester, MN, to Linda Wade and the late William McConnell. Besides his mother, he is survived by sister Ruth-Ann, step-children Luke and Natera. Michael was lovingly known as Uncle Mikey, and shared a special bond with Alexis, Natasha, Cloey, William Jr., Nate, Logan, Aubree, and his buddy Xavier; William Sr. and Theresa; as well as many other family members and friends. Per his wishes, no formal services will be held. A private celebration in his honor will be held at a later date.
