Nicholas "Nick" Colando, 40, of Canton passed away Thurs, July 26th surrounded by family at Aultman Woodlawn Compassionate Care following a year long battle as a result of a senseless act of violence.  Nick is preceded in death by his mother Theresa "Terri" (Petri) Colando, grandparents Anthony and Colleen Colando, Leo and Virginia "Ginny" Petri.  He is survived by his father and stepmother Jack (Melodye) Colando, daughter Maisie Colando, brother Eric (Denielle) Colando, sister Brandy Colando, niece Bella, nephew Noah, aunts, uncles and cousins, as well as extended family and friends.
