Nicholas G. Serban Jr.

Nicholas G. Serban Jr., 81, of Canton passed away Tuesday, March 19th, 2013 in Aultman Hospital following a brief illness. Born in Massillon on May 1, 1931, the son of the late Nicholas G. and Mary (Petrisor) Serban Sr. also preceded in death by his sister and brother-in-law Helen and Victor Colaianni. Nick was a self-employed as a television repairman for many years. Attended St. George Romanian Orthodox Church of Canton, and enjoyed a love for golf.

Survived by his companion of 30 years Eva Berardelli; two daughters Debbie (Craig) Graf of Meridian, ID, Darlene Ingram of Clayton, OH;  five sons Jeffrey Serban of Massillon, Douglas (Carol) Serban of Canton, Daniel (Amy) Serban of New Philadelphia, Jerald (Tina) Serban of Terre Haute, IN, Mark (Dana) Serban of Carrollton, numerous grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held in the Waltner-SIMCHAK Funeral Home, Monday, March 25 at 10 AM with Very Rev. George J. Treff officiating. Friends may call Sunday, March 24 from 5-7 PM also in the funeral home. Burial in Forrest Hill Cemetery.
