Olivia J. Collier was born in Alliance, Ohio and raised in Canton, Ohio. She attended Timken Vocational High School. She is preceded in death by her mother, Nettie G. Harris and Richard (Estelle) Collier. She leaves to cherish her memory, her son Richard E. Harris; Sisters Brenda J Smalls, Tracey (Ronnie) Eddins, Antanette Harris, and brother Mark Baker, as well as special son Rico Rushin and a host of nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends. A celebration of life will be held at 5PM on Wednesday, August 23rd in the New Greater Peace Church, 2237 6th St SW, Canton, OH 44706, with Pastor Bernard Manson officiating.
