Pamela (Williams) Lawton, 60, of New Philadelphia passed away on May 11, 2026.

She was born on September 16, 1965, in Wilmington, Delaware, a daughter of the late James Williams and Lorene (Palmer) Herzig. In addition to her parents, Pamela was preceded in death by her sister, Judy Williams, and her brother, Gary Williams.

Pamela was a devoted homemaker who took great pride in caring for her family and creating a warm, welcoming home. Whether she was in the kitchen crafting a beloved family meal or making sure everyone around her felt loved and looked after, her dedication showed in everything she did. Family was at the center of her world, and her grandchildren, the true light of her life, were especially cherished.

She was a woman of many passions. Music filled her life, and while she appreciated all genres, the Dixie Chicks always held a special place in her heart. Pamela had a gift for making any room brighter, lovable to a fault, full of life, and always the talk of the party wherever she went, in fact Granny's porch parties with sing-alongs and games was one of her favorite cherished memory. Her warmth, laughter, and genuine caring spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.

Pamela is survived by her daughters, Megan (Erik) Brought and Jenna Hudson; her son, Matthew (Rachel) Hudson; her sister, Janice Naumann; her brothers, Don Williams and Philip Williams; and four grandchildren, Hayden, Claire, Charlotte, and Emma, as well as many other cherished family members and friends.

She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of loving her.
