Patricia Louise Carpenter, 89, of Dennison, passed away Monday, July 10th, at Community Hospice Truman House. Born in Barnhill, Ohio on November 16, 1933, a daughter of the late Edward and Marbell (Snyder) Hykes,of Strasburg, also preceded in death by 3 husbands,2 grandchildren Chad Matthew Hughes, Joanna Sharon Kaye Beitzel, 6 brothers and 5 sisters. A 1952 New Philadelphia High School Graduate, Patricia babysat many children. A strong Christian, she attended Dennison Foursquare Church. Survived by 4 daughters Jan (Jim) Beitzel, of Stonecreek, Shari (Jon) Harmon, Brenda (Tim Keith) Hughes, Mary Jane (Greg) Mendoza, all of New Philadelphia; 2 sons Tim (Florence) Jones, of Dover, Tom (Miriam) Jones, of Sugarcreek; grandchildren Jamie (Mark), Shawn (Mauricia) Jonathan (Liz), Austin, Shana, Melissa, Kara, Andrew, Stephen (Ashia), Joey (Erika), Jessica (Jamar), Daisy, Angelica, Juanita, Justin (Rae Lynn), Starr (Brody); great-grandchildren Nathan, Seth,and  Luke Beaber, Trevor and Trey Breehl, Adrien, Cashlyn, and Shawna Harmon, Cooper, Cadence, Aiden and Kameron Harmon, Logan and MacKenzie Moore, Evelyn, Oliver Matthew, Beatrice and Ruthanne Hughes, Myles Barbee, Shaniece and Osman Jones, Julianna, Josiah, and Judah Clark, Josie and Jeah Hudson, Riah, and Mason Mendoza as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other family members. A celebration of life will be held at 7PM on Wednesday, July 19th in the New Pointe Church, 3950 Rt. 39, Dover, OH 44622.
