Patricia "Patty" Stout June 7, 1940 – October 3, 2025 Age 85

Patricia "Patty" Stout, age 85, passed away peacefully on October 3rd, 2025 in the home she built with her own hands, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on June 7, 1940, Patty lived a long and full life overflowing with joy, laughter, and deep compassion.

Known for her bright spirit and generous heart, Patty brought joy to everyone who knew her. She had a passion for polka dancing, a talent for making delicious homemade candy and fudge for friends and family, and a deep love for flowers—especially red ones, which matched her vibrant personality.

Patty traveled the world, creating cherished memories with family and friends, and lived a life rich with experience and fulfillment. She accomplished everything she ever dreamed of, and her legacy is one of warmth, kindness, and unwavering love.

She is survived by her beloved family: Brenda (Roger) Green, Denzil (Ann) Stout, Brianna (Justin Miller) Stout, Darlene Gross, Michelle Gross, Debbie Rudolph, Jack (Mera) Polen, Beth (Dave) Douglas, and Best Friend Gene Kovack. She leaves behind countless nieces and nephews and dear friends.

She is preceded in death by: Irene and Merriam Snyder, Barbara (Frank) Kirby, Rhoda (Jack) Polen, Bobby Snyder, Robert Finley, Denzil Stout Sr., Linda (Cliff) Sanders, Peter Ligas, Bessie & Glen.

Patty was a proud and longtime supporter of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital—a passion she passed down to her granddaughter, who will continue that legacy in her honor.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew her and forever remembered for the love she gave, the life she lived, and the joy she brought into this world.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
