Patty J Lowery, 61, of Dover,  passed away Thursday, October 29th, at Union Hospital. Born in Dennison on July 26, 1959, a daughter of the late Ernest and Mary (Hodkinson) Huebner, also preceded in death by her husband Jeffrey Lowery in 2017 and brother James Huebner. She was a member of Uhrichsville Four  Square Church. Survived by 2 daughters Tara Raskey, of Dover, Tiffany Mells, of New Philadelphia; 3 sisters Rose (Joe) Kerschbaumer, of New Philadelphia, Judy (Charles) Laizure, of Uhrichsville, Lillian (Kenneth) Laizure, of New Philadelphia; as well as 5 grandchildren Sapphire, Terron, McKenna, Tiara, and Willow. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
