Paulette Arlene Bobkoskie, 60, of Canton, passed away Friday, January 19th. Born in Danville, PA, on August 23, 1963, a daughter of the late Edward and Sandra  (Shultz ) Bobkoski, also preceded in death by brother David Bobkoski, and sister-in-law Sheryl Bobkoskie. Throughout her many years in the restaurant industry, being employed at Fireside, Jon & Co., Pal Joeys, City Grille, and most recently Walthers Twin Tavern, she touched the lives of many co-workers, customers, and friends. Paulette had the most kind, gentle soul and a laugh like no other. Her love for her nieces; and nephews was unmatched. She will live on forever in each of us. Survived by 2 sisters Sandra (Matthew) Vonkaenel, of Georgia, Jennifer Bobkoskie, of Lakewood Ranch, Florida ; 3 brothers Edward  Bobkoskie, of Mississippi, Michael  Bobkoskie, of Canton. Stephen Bobkoskie; 2 nieces Amina and very special niece, whom was the daughter Paulette never had, Sherrell (Zach) Isaacs; 4 nephews Andrew, Brandon, Nick, and James (Jennifer) Bobkoskie; great-nieces and nephew Summer, Eden, and Benson, to whom she was known as Aunt Boo Boo; best friend Kelly Fugitt; special family friend Tony Fay; as well as many family members; and friends.  A celebration of life will be held from 6PM until 8PM on Friday, January 26th at Walthers Twin Tavern, 430 Applegrove St NW, North Canton, OH 44720.
