Paulette Arlene Bobkoskie, 60, of Canton, passed away Friday, January 19th. Born in Danville, PA, on August 23, 1963, a daughter of the late Edward and Sandra (Shultz ) Bobkoski, also preceded in death by brother David Bobkoski, and sister-in-law Sheryl Bobkoskie. Throughout her many years in the restaurant industry, being employed at Fireside, Jon & Co., Pal Joeys, City Grille, and most recently Walthers Twin Tavern, she touched the lives of many co-workers, customers, and friends. Paulette had the most kind, gentle soul and a laugh like no other. Her love for her nieces; and nephews was unmatched. She will live on forever in each of us. Survived by 2 sisters Sandra (Matthew) Vonkaenel, of Georgia, Jennifer Bobkoskie, of Lakewood Ranch, Florida ; 3 brothers Edward Bobkoskie, of Mississippi, Michael Bobkoskie, of Canton. Stephen Bobkoskie; 2 nieces Amina and very special niece, whom was the daughter Paulette never had, Sherrell (Zach) Isaacs; 4 nephews Andrew, Brandon, Nick, and James (Jennifer) Bobkoskie; great-nieces and nephew Summer, Eden, and Benson, to whom she was known as Aunt Boo Boo; best friend Kelly Fugitt; special family friend Tony Fay; as well as many family members; and friends. A celebration of life will be held from 6PM until 8PM on Friday, January 26th at Walthers Twin Tavern, 430 Applegrove St NW, North Canton, OH 44720. Please come and celebrate, all are welcome.
