Perry L Kent

Perry L Kent, 71, of Canton passed away on Monday, August 25th, in Aultman Hospital following a lengthy illness. Perry was born in Canton, on December 16, 1942, the son of the late Fielding H. and Margaret L (Snyder) Kent, also preceded in death by daughter Dena Kent, and a brother Fielding (Gary) Kent. Retired from the Hoover Company of N. Canton after 38 years of service and a 1961 graduate of Glenwood High School. A member of the William McKinley Masonic Lodge #431 F&AM of Canton, and a Golden Eagle of the FOE Lodge 2223 of N. Canton.  Survived by  his wife Willa  Kay (Luke) Kent; 4 daughters Rhonda (Ian) McDermott of Navarre Beach, FL., Kristina (Rick) Mayle, Sherri Davie, Stacie Kent all of Canton;  2 sons Perry "Kip" (Lisa) Kent of Portland, Oregon, Michael J. Kent of Canton; 15 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held 11AM Friday August 29th in the Waltner-SIMCHAK Funeral Home with Rev. Henry Detweiller officiating.
