Phillip Edward Tichenor Jr, 67, of Canton, passed away Sunday, December 27th, in his home. Born in Morgantown, West Virginia on July 24, 1953, a son of Mary M (Kennedy) and the late Phillip E Tichenor Sr. Besides his father also preceded in death by sister Mary Tichenor, nephew Brian Tichenor, and numerous aunts and uncles. He was a member of Apostolic Believers Church of Canton. Survived by mother, Mary Tichenor of Canton; step daughter Angie (Sonny) Gates, of Georgia; sister Pamela (Gary) Haddix; 3 brothers Richard Tichenor, Charles (Patricia) Tichenor, William Tichenor, all of Canton as well as special nephew Steven Tichenor. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
