Philomena Amelia Graziose-Soltero, 75, of Carrollton, passed away Wednesday, July 31st, at her residence. Born in Orrville, California on May 8, 1944, a daughter of the late Phillip and Mabel (Cameron) Graziose, also preceded in death by her  husband Gilbert Soltero, passed away 2012. Employed as a court clerk in Sacramento County, California for many years before retiring in 1991. Survived by 2 daughters Debra Devera, of Wintersville, Tammy Devera, of Canton; 2 sons Mark Devera, of Tacoma, Washington, Jared Cameron Soltero, of Carrollton; brother William Graziose, of Eureka, California; 7 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
