Rachael Michelle Palmer
Born on September 21, 1990, passed away July 10, 2016, unexpectedly. She leaves behind a beautiful 7 year old daughter, who leaves a message for her mother, "Mommy, you are my sunshine. You are an angel in the sky. I love you so very much and always!" – love Tomi.
Calling hours will be held at 10am, with a funeral service at 11am, Monday, July 18, 2016, in the Waltner-SIMCHAK Funeral Home. Donations are being accepted at Stark Federal Credit Union for Rachael Palmer and her daughter, Tomi Brown, to help defray funeral expenses.
