Obituary
Ralph E. Gibbons, Jr., 66, of Canton, formally of Stow, passed away Wednesday, April 12th, at Aultman Hospital following a brief illness. Born in Alliance, on September 12, 1950, a son of the late Ruby and Ralph E. Gibbons Sr., also preceded in death by his wife Melanie (Grooms) Gibbons, died August 20, 2012. Ralph was employed as a fraud investigator for the Summit County Department of Job and Family Services retiring in 2008. Survived by daughter Victoria (Tori) Gibbons, of Streetsboro; son David (Melissa) Gibbons, of Stow; sister Renita Gibbons, of Canton; brother Roger Gibbons, of Atwater; and 5 grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held 7:00PM, Friday, April 21, 2017 in the Cuyahoga Falls Church of the Nazarene, 330 E. Bath Road, Cuyahoga Falls, with Pastors Chris Patton, Georgia Patton and Fred Wallis officiating.
