Ray Edward Keister, 82, of Leetonia, passed away Tuesday, June 28th, at Salem North Healthcare Center. Born in Anmoore, West Virginia on April 20, 1940, a son of the late Roy Lee and Evelyn (Bradley) Keister, also preceded in death by brother Robert Keister. Honorably served in the U.S. Marines Corps, Ray owned and operated both Keister Trucking and Debby/K trucking for many years. Survived by loving wife Joyce A. (Arnold) Keister; 7 children Rae Lynn Gibel, John T Keister, both of New Philadelphia, Deborah Simpson, of Leetonia, Mike Keister, James Keister, both of California, Shelly Keister, of Oklahoma, Connie McManus, of Arkansas; 2 step children Becky Harmon, of New Philadelphia, James Farmer, of Leetonia and sister Joyce Boggess, of Arizona as well as many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; family members; and friends. There are no services scheduled at this time.
