Richard Alan Stoll, 49, of Alliance, passed away unexpectedly Monday, June 22nd. Preceded in death by his parents Richard G. and Margaret (Firth) Stoll. Survived by 3 sisters Jeri Bigelow of Winter Haven, FL, Amy Webster Mangus of Alliance, and Lisa Webster of DeQueen, AR. No Services at this time.
