Ricky Lee  Hysong, 50, of Canton, passed away Thursday, May 12th, 2011 following a fire at his residence. Ricky was a former carpet installer, he enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and boating.

Born in Canton on September 17, 1960 to the late Russell and Dorothy (Shaffer) Hysong, and is also preceded in death by his brother Bill Hysong,Step-Brother Paul Yates of Canton,Step-Brother Allen Yates of Canton, Step-Sister Karen (Yates) Hysong of Canton, Step-Father Louie Yates of Canton

Survived by his sister Candy and Johnny (Hysong) Smith of Jenera, Ohio, three step-sisters, Fay Sexton of Canton, Tammy Mann of Columbus, Maydean Yates of Florida, step-brother Gary Yates of Columbus, nephew Bill Hysong, Jr., nephew Michael Sallay of Seattle, WA

several nieces, very close friends Jimmy Phillips, Jim Milhoun and Art Billman and many other close friends.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held on Sunday, May 22, 2011 from 2:00-4:00 pm at the Waltner-Simchak Funeral Home.
