Robert L. Kennedy

Robert L. Kennedy, 67, of East Canton passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 19th, 2013 in the Mercy Medical Center

Robert was born on February 7, 1946, the son of the late Homer James and Pearl Kennedy; also preceded in death by his stepdaughter Deborah Huntsman and brother Wilbur "Webb" Kennedy. He worked in construction for over 30 years and was a member of the VFW and the Local Laborer's Union #1015.

Survived by his loving partner Phyllis Spaulding; three stepdaughters Lisa Mayle, Tracy Cummings, and Heather Mehilis; five stepsons Carl Patterson, Dennis Patterson, Ryan, Loren and Shaun Mehilis; several grand and great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held in the Waltner-SIMCHAK Funeral Home at 2 PM on Tuesday, April 23rd,  with Rev. Jack Mayle officiating. Friends may call same-day from 11 am to 2 pm also in the funeral home.
