Robert L. Buckius, 54, of Canton, passed away Tuesday, July 21st, at Mercy Medical Center. Born in Canton on January 12, 1966, a son of the late William and Nancy (Davidson) Buckius, also preceded in death by 2 sisters Tammy Meyers and Vickie Bowman. Survived by his wife Carol S. (Clark) Buckius; 2 daughters Elizabeth Buckius, Jessie Buckius; 2 sisters Jeanne Buckius, and Brenda Buckius. No services will be held at this time. Robert was a loving husband, a caring father, a dedicated son, a compassionate brother, a proud uncle, an amazing brother-in-law, and a loyal friend. If someone needed him, he was always there. Always. He loved his family with everything in him. He was a hard worker, he was always determined to get things done and done right. He adored fishing, playing guitar, spending time with family, riding his motorcycle, and classic cars. He was in the United States Air Force from 1985 to 1989. He was honorably discharged and then returned to Ohio. He married Carol S. (Clark) Buckius in 1998, and they have been married for almost 22 years (together 28 years). They had two children. He lived a beautiful life. He will truly be missed and surely never be forgotten. He is loved forever and always.
