Robert D. Moran

Robert D. Moran, 58, of Canton passed away on Monday, December 9 in ManorCare Health Center of Belden Village following a sudden illness.  Robert was born in Stubenville on August 8, 1955, the son of the late Ronald Dale and Joann Hilton also preceded in death by Stepmother Besslie Moran, two brothers Danny McAtee and Tommy Moran. Employed as a driver with Balkan Express Trucking Co. for many years.

Survived by four daughters Angel (Jeremy) Worthington of Kannapolis, NC., Brook Moran, Cheryl (Matthew Hull) Shahan of Canton,  Jennifer Moran of Canton; three sisters Betty Slinger of Massillon, Penny Lehr of Massillon, Diane Evans of Canton; three brothers Clay Moran of Buckeye Lake, Ronnie Dale Moran, Rick Simmons and Kenny Higgens both of Canton and two grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday December 14, at 3PM in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church located at 2615 Prairie College St. SW, Canton, OH 44706 with Pastor Jerry Hachworth officiating. You may add your condolences at www.waltner-simchak.com.
