Robert "Alan" Rogers, 68, of Dover, passed away Monday, November 19th, at home. Born in St. Clair Shores, MI on July 3, 1950, a son of the late Perry and Dorla (Thompson) Rogers. Preceded in death by his brother Jack Rogers. Employed as a truck driver for Yellow Freight and R&J for over 20 years. Besides his wife Carol Rogers of 37 years, he is survived by: 2 daughters Rebecca Rogers, of Massillon and Faith Rogers, of Dover; 4 sons David Rogers, of Dover, Andrew Rogers, of New Philadelphia, Tony Moore, of Syracuse, NY., and Jason Moore, of KY; 2 sisters Cheryl Buxten, of FL. and Lynn Blanchard, of MI; 3 brothers Morris Rogers, of Sears, MI., Ellis Rogers, of Dover, and Ricky Blaine; and 12 loving grandchildren.
