Roger Mayle, 59, of E. Canton, passed away Thursday, April 7, 2011 peacefully at his home.  Born in Philippi, WV on October 1, 1951, the son of the late Ernie and Goldie (Croston) Mayle, also preceded in death by his son, Brendall Mayle and Sister Marlene (David) James.

Roger was self-employed mechanic and the owner and operator of BJ's Auto Repair in Canton. He enjoyed his family, cars, food and music.

Survived by his wife of 20 years, Beverly Mayle, son, Jeffrey Welch of Canton; two sisters, Virginia Lee (Tommy) Smith of Canton, Lucy (Robert) Zelk of Canton; two brothers, Jack (J.K) Mayle of Malvern, Ernie Lee Mayle of Canton, and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held 1pm, Monday, April 11, 2011 in the Waltner-SIMCHAK Funeral Home, with Rev. Raymond Stanley officiating. Friends are invited to call from 3-5pm on Sunday, April 10, 2011, and one hour prior to services on Monday.
