Rosemary Croston

Rosemary Croston, 62, of East Canton passed away on Thursday, March 27, in the Cleveland Clinic following an extended illness. Rosemary was born in Philippi, WV on November 19, 1951 to the late Alexander and Ruth (Tyler) Mayle. Besides her parents, also preceded in death by three sisters Nancy Elder, Barbara Wilson and Linda "Buttons" Mayle; three brothers Nelson, David and Douglas Mayle.

Rosemary's greatest joys in life were her children and grandchildren, planting yard flowers and spending time with her family and friends.

Survived by daughter Crystal Croston of East Canton; son Jake Croston of Canton; niece, Missy Mayle, whom she treated like her own daughter; two brothers Franklin "Delane" Mayle of Alliance, Daniel "Peppy" Mayle of Morgantown, WV; three grandchildren Oceanna, Anaya and A.J. as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins including a very close cousin, Becky Post.

Visitation will be held from 5-7 PM on Monday, March 31, in the Waltner-SIMCHAK Funeral Home with the funeral service following immediately after. Additional services will be held in the Stemple-Forman Funeral Home of Philippi, WV from 1-3 PM on Tuesday, April 1, followed by burial in the family cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
