Rocky D. Mayle, 59,while in the company of loving family at his residence following a brief illness.

Rocky was born in Philippi, West Virginia on February 4, 1952, the son of the late Gus and Opal Mayle; he is also preceded in death by his sister Rose Mayle and brothers Gus Jr., and Eddie Brent Mayle. Rocky worked for 15 years with the Laborer's Local #1015 and was an Associate Member of VFW #3747 of Canton.

Rocky is survived by his loving wife of 39 years Helen (Phillips) Mayle, his two daughters, Tammy wife of Victor Jennings; Christie Bulstrom both of Canton; two sons Michael husband of Kerri Bulstrom of East Canton, Rocky L. "Weezer" Mayle of Canton; 8 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren, two sisters, Janice Mayle, Vida Dalton; five brothers, Howard Lee Mayle, Jerry Mayle both of Canton, Allen (Dale) Culberson of Lisbon, Ronald Mayle of North Canton, and Malvin Mayle of Alliance, and also his fateful companion, his dog, Sissy, who will miss him tremendously.

Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Friday, March 11 in the Waltner-SIMCHAK Funeral Home with Rev. Marvin "Jack" Mayle and Rev. Ronald Mayle officiating. Friends are invited to call on Thursday 5-8pm and one hour prior to services on Friday in the funeral home.  Interment will be held at Evergreen Memorial Gardens is Louisville.
