Russell E. Brandes, II

Russell E. (Goober) Brandes, II, 36, of Canton passed away Monday, March 19th, unexpectedly at his residence. Born in Beaufort, S. Carolina on August 10, 1975, the son of Kenneth A. and Kathy R. (Mayle) Stipe of Louisville.  Russell served  in the U.S. Marines.

Besides his parents he is survived by a grandmother Zelma Mayle of Louisville; 2 daughters Aubreyana McNutt, Anntajsha Brandes, 2 sons Aundreous Brandes, Addoneous Brandes all of the home; a sister Laura (Richard)  Williams, 2 nephews Andrew Williams, Curtis Williams all of Louisville. Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins from both parents and many loving friends. Preceded in death by his grandparents Huston (Doodle) Mayle, Pearl and Carl Stipe.

Funeral Services will be held 1:00pm on Friday, March 23rd. in the Crystal Park Wesleyan Church of Canton, with Rev. Scott Heskett officiating.  Friends may call Thursday 6-8 pm in the Waltner - SIMCHAK Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family request donations to Waltner-Simchak Funeral Home to defray funeral cost. Interment at Evergreen Memorial Gardens of Louisville.
