Russell B. Manning, 54, of Canton, passed away Monday, July 7th, at Aultman Hospital following a lengthy illness. Born in Knoxville, Tennessee on July 29, 1970, a son of the late Amos Cornelius Manning and Stevieann (Perrin) Manning, also preceded in death by sister Yolanda Joyce Williams and niece Ebony. A jack-of-all-trades, Russell was known for his handyman skills, whether it be drywall, plumbing, carpentry, or anything mechanical, he could do it all. Russell had a gentle heart. He loved his family, and was always willing to help anyone in need. He will be missed by all.

He is survived by his wife Rhiannon (Kress) Manning; daughter Rushaya Rucker; 3 sons Russell Manning Jr., Kane Kress, Ja-Quez Kress; 2 sisters Christell Thompson, Debra Kay Davis; 3 brothers Marvin Wray, Steven Thomas,  Elbert Thomas; numerous grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; family members; and friends. Funeral services will be held at 6PM on Tuesday, July 15th in the Waltner-SIMCHAK Funeral Home. Family and friends may call two hours prior to services in the funeral Home.
