Sarah J. Anthony, 91, of Canton, passed away Tuesday, June 8th, at Astoria Skilled Nursing Facility. Born in Canton on March 10, 1930, a daughter of the late Alberta Simms (Rocker), also preceded in death by her husband Charles Anthony, special son Tyree Anthony and special daughter Telitha Anthony. Survived by special daughter Marilyn Grant; 4 special sons Charles Anthony, Adrian Anthony, Marcell Anthony, Ronald (Michelle) Anthony; 2 sisters including very special sister Hannah Rocker, Addie B Rocker; numerous grandchildren including special grandchildren Zunna Anthony, Tisha Anthony, Tamahra (Harvey) Shearer. Claudia Walker, Alisha Taylor, Charlotte (Pete) Kirkland, Cherise Haynes, Missy (Steven) Harris, Charles (Angie) Anthony, Cory Anthony; numerous great-grandchildren including special great-grandchildren children Clarissa Anthony, Canika Brown-Austin, Keevin Armstead II and Lannon Brown-Austin; as well as a host of nieces; nephews; family members; and friends. Funeral services will be held at noon on Wednesday, June 16th in the Waltner-SIMCHAK Funeral Home with Pastor Curtis Wilder officiating. Family and friends may call  one hour prior to services.
