IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Sean David
Burleson
February 28, 1993 – November 19, 2025
Sean Burleson, a man with a boundless heart and a creative spirit, passed away on November 19th, 2025 leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable moments. Born in Canton on February 28th, 1993, the son of David and Antoinette (Thompson) Burleson. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Norbert Burleson and Brenda Lloyd, as well as his uncle, Stephen Burleson. Sean had a long struggle of kissing devils and fighting angels, yet he faced every day with courage, depth, and resilience. Sean had a deep love for music. With a guitar in his hands, he found comfort, expression, and connection. He appreciated all types of music, never limiting himself to one genre. His artistic nature didn't stop there, he also loved to write and draw, using his creativity to bring ideas, stories, and images to life. He was equally at home in the digital world, spending time immersed in video games like Battlefield and Call of Duty, where he enjoyed the camaraderie, strategy, and fun they offered. These games brought him joy, excitement, and moments of escape. Sean had a big heart, one that he wore proudly. He found joy in simple pleasures that brought laughter and lightness to his days. Sean was a big fan of Adam Sandler's humor and the offbeat charm of Trailer Park Boys, a show that never failed to make him laugh and lift his spirits. His children and family were at the center of his world, and he showed his love not just in words, but in actions, time, and unwavering devotion. He carried a gentle kindness, a willingness to help, and a warmth that made those around him feel cared for and understood. In his work, Sean found purpose. He enjoyed laying concrete and took pride in building things that lasted. It was yet another way he left his mark on the world. Sean will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His creativity, humor, generosity, and love will continue to live on in the memories he made and the lives he touched. In addition to his parents, he is survived by 3 sons Alio and Dallas Burleson-Turner, Emmitt Burleson; brother Jordan Burleson; fiancé Erin Ball; grandparents John and Christine Thompson; grandmother Marie Burleson; Aunts & Uncles Michael and Stacy Sealock, Heather and Jason Dillon, Ian and Tanya Burleson, Claire and Twitch Merckle, Jason and Rachelle Sealock; many cousins; as well as other loving family members and friends.
