Sela A. Rice, 75, of Canton, passed away Wednesday, May 24th, in her home. Born in Canton on January 8, 1948, a daughter of the late Vernon Joseph and Bernadine June (Hines) Hess, also preceded in death by her brother. Employed for many years as a hospice nurse, Sela was also a truck driver and musician. Survived by a sister; loving companion Kerry Marzock; best friend Chris Coffee and feline friend Cleo. Those closest to her will be having a private memorial dinner to celebrate her life.
