Susan Elaine Lockard, 69, of Louisville, passed away Saturday, January 7th, in her home surrounded by love. Born in Massillon on March 21, 1953, a daughter of the late James and Phyllis (Riggs) Lambert, also preceded in death by daughter Veronica K. Parrot and siblings Louanna McGraw, Janet Bailey, Donald Lambert, Dolores Turner, Michael Lambert, and James Lambert. Survived by life long partner William Lockard; daughter Bobbi Sue Boynton, of Louisville; sister Carol Groh, of Cadiz; 6 grandchildren Joshua, Aliya, Bradin, Kaylee, Jude, Noah and great-grandson Asher as well as sister-in-law Carla Casey. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
