Tina Marie Drake, 71, of Canton, passed away Monday, March 10th, at her home, surrounded by loved ones. Born in Canton on December 10, 1953, a daughter of the late William and Phyllis (Crawford) Eddleman, also preceded in death by son Shane Drake, granddaughter Kennedy, grandson Jacob, and best friend Linda Macrides. She retired after 22 years with Republic Steel and 10 years with Fisher Foods. Tina was a caregiver to everyone, whether it was feeding the elderly neighbors or hosting a family gathering. Loved to bake and taught all of her grandchildren their way around the kitchen, as well as crafting with them, especially her girl Sammie. She also enjoyed music, trivia, camping and her camp family as they spent plenty of nights dancing around the camp fire. Tina was one of Gods greatest Angels and will be truly missed by everyone. Survived by her husband of 53 years, whom she always stood by and loved unconditionally Sebert R. Drake Jr., married October 14, 1971; daughter Tracy Drake, of Massillon; son Shawn Drake, of Canton; sister Gail (Tom) Faust, of Canton; 7 grandchildren Samantha, Brandon (Tiffany), Alicia, Britney, Legend, Victoria, and Elizjah; as well as 6 great-grandchildren; loving family members; and friends. Funeral services will be held at 4 PM on Sunday March 16th in the Waltner-SIMCHAK Funeral Home. Calling hours will be held 2 hours prior to services.
