Vicky Lynn Jacobs, 66, of Massillon, passed away Tuesday, November 27th, at Aultman Hospital. Born on January 19, 1952, a daughter of the late Richard and Pauline (Parks) Swingle, also preceded in death by sisters Betty James, Patsy McElroy, Joline Coen, Diane Wickham; and brothers Clarence "Buster" Clewell, and Millard "Sonny" Clewell Besides her husband Jerry Lee Jacobs, she is survived by daughter Sabrina English;3 sisters Norma Beatty, Marilyn Branham, Dixie Parker; 5 grandchildren; several nieces; nephews; loving family; and friends. A memorial service with dinner to follow will be held at 2PM on Saturday, December 15th in the Stop Nine Church of Christ, 60330 Southgate Rd Byesville, OH 43723.
